One of the greatest airport experiences I’ve ever had was in the Aer Lingus Airlines LHR Terminal. Terminal 2 at Heathrow was unexpectedly laid back, with friendly staff and clear instructions. The employees at the Aer Lingus check-in office were prompt and helpful when I had a baggage issue. The complimentary charging outlets were a wonderful perk, and I enjoyed how calm the gate area was. Boarding was stress-free because it was done in groups and with clear communication. It produced the ideal atmosphere for a restful journey. I felt at ease and taken care of when I left.
