Description

The Pitco PP11273 Fryer Hot Oil Filter consists of powdered filter sheets placed in the fryer filtration assembly to capture food particles and suspended residue from cooking oil. During filtration, hot oil passes through the sheet while the filter media retains unwanted particles before the oil returns to the fryer tank. Each pack contains 30 sheets measuring approximately 11-1/4″ x 19-1/8″. The filter media is used with compatible Pitco fryer filtration systems, including selected ME and MG series equipment.
