Find the 2025 Thriller “Bring Them Down” on Lookmovie: A Psychological Drama

Description

As a young farmer trying to maintain the family business while dealing with his father Ray’s (Colm Meaney) neglect, Christopher Abbott plays Michael. The situation is severe, and when little Jack (Barry Keoghan) steals a few animals and pretends they have died, it sparks a feud with a nearby agricultural family. When Michael discovers the animals at a market, he confronts Jack’s father, Gary (Paul Ready), exposing this deceit. When that happens, things start to get worse.
Co-authoring the screenplay with Jonathan Hourigan, Christopher Andrews makes his feature picture directing debut after helming a number of short films. Determining the precise causes of the movie’s flaws is difficult. Without adding enough uniqueness to make the story interesting or valuable, it appears to rely on a lot of well-known clichés. The movie seems to be a collection of cliches, with many of its aspects being quite similar to those in other films that viewers may have seen before or seen again.
