Hello, I wanted to share my experience with the Dubai headquarters of Emirates Airlines Dubai Office. The procedure was much simpler than I had anticipated when I went in to ask about upgrading to business class. In addition to outlining the expenses of the upgrade, the agent offered me advice on when to make reservations to get the best rates. There was no hurry or pressure, and the personnel was kind and courteous. That degree of care is not always what you would anticipate from a walk-in office. It wasn't so much a sales pitch as it was a personal consultation. I left with a sense of appreciation and knowledge. I give it five stars!
