Understanding the Structure and Requirements of ISO 42001

Any Lead Auditor must be able to plan and carry out an ISO 42001 audit that is effective. In this part of the curriculum, we are going to look at how to create an audit plan that is systematic; develop audit objectives or criteria, and test for adherence to the requirements of ISO 42001. Aspects of creating checklists based on the context of the organization, engaging with stakeholders in an ethical manner, and scheduling the activities associated with the audit will also be examined. We will also look at how to hold the opening meeting for the audit, manage an audit team, and verify that factual findings will be made.
